The rooms were great-sized with balcony n chair, the staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative. The hotel's location was very central, away from eateries of all sorts. Further, it was near the Tibettan temple, Orchard Road shopping area and the East Coast Seafood Centre, and public transport and the local food.

Had particularly good and perfect location in an area which is in close proximate to night life. There were lovely modern & functional rooms with balcony, long table, as example.

We spent 4 nights in neat a double room with a balcony/terrace. There was a nice restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

Liked spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. All the staff were immensely pleasant, outstandingly accommodating. The rooms were tidy and had a DECENT view to a garden view instead. It had very central location close to Jalan Besar Stadium. You could walk to shops and a small supermarket.

Good and unbeatable location for Singapore, adjacent to the gallery, hawker centers and a supermarket, and a garden. Also, easy to catch a taxi. Outstanding meal and good service. Karaoke bar and very clean pool.

I had well priced room with a nice balcony. The location was strategic - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go;))

Location: the hotel was just next door to the nearest train station and close proximate to night life. There were local breakfasts with scrambled eggs, Indian options plus better food nearby such as punggol nasi lemak and the location was particularly good and ideal. The pool was very clean and I had soft drinks in the karaoke bar.

The location is favourable and ideal if you want to see a temple and a gallery near the hotel. It's near a metro station.

The value for money at Mercure was excellent, especially with the room upgrade to a suite. The location was convenient, with both Lavender and Farrer Park MRT stations just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed the relaxing seat on our balcony. The large safe in the room was also a great feature for securing our laptops.

Breakfast choices could be improved by offering more variety and options.

The location was good and easy, a 10-15 minute walk from Arab Street. The rooms were fashionable and modern here with balcony as well as balcony with chair.

The location was very central, great for a temple and a gallery located near the hotel. There were an air conditioner, a balcony, and a safe box in the rooms, which made them very nicely furnished. The service was absolutely exceptional.
